Each year at this time I have the urge to think about spring! For some reason the Fall Season brings me those thoughts. Fall is the beginning of the end to some of our most gorgeous weather here in the West Sound. Those gorgeous colors of fall remind me of spring and what I need to do to make my yard and home “pop” for spring. If you are thinking of selling in the spring start the process now.
Here is one tip I thought you should know…
Fall is a great time to plant grass.
You heard me right. Though it may seem counter-productive to plant something before the frost starts, the moisture of fall helps grass grow. So if you have any bare areas after a long, hot summer, now’s the time to plant the seeds and reap the benefits next spring. Plus, it’ll be all done when the weather gets warm again.
