I am looking for Bremerton Waterfront Property. I am the buyer, so I have an entirely different thought process then when I have my broker’s hat on. My question to Bremerton Waterfront Property owners is, “Do you know what your waterfront property looks like online?”.
The key word here is WATERFRONT. Waterfront Property. For some reason as a prospective buyer I want to see the waterfront. The waterfront portion of the property is my priority. The reason I am looking at your home is because you and your real estate broker have designated it waterfront. I want to see what that means. I want to see the beach, the bulkhead, the access point. I want to see what the house looks like from the water, I want to see what the water looks like from the house. I can tell you that I have been mostly disappointed.
Sure there are some properties that have some amazing photos and great shots of the waterfront or beach area. These homes seem to fall in the over $500.000 price range. These brokers had professional photos taken. In the high $300,000’s continuing to about $500,000 it is hit or miss on how the property is presented.
Of course with this big of a purchase I will probably look at even the most worse marketed property, because it just might be the marketing that is keeping the property from shining.
